There's a version of "fixing job hunting" we're choosing not to build: the bot that fires off 500 applications while you sleep.
It's tempting. Job seekers now send dozens of applications for every interview, and most never get a reply. If the game is volume, why not automate the volume?
Because that version submits applications to jobs you've never read, with a resume you've never checked, in your name. When it's wrong - wrong role, wrong company, a cover letter full of things you'd never say - that's on you, and you don't even find out it happened.
What UnlockRole actually does
It speeds up the same steps you'd do by hand:
- You choose the job - from real, open postings, not a keyword firehose.
- The application form fills itself in from a profile you built once, so retyping your address and work history for the 80th time takes seconds instead of ten minutes.
- You review what's there, fix anything that needs fixing, and submit it yourself.
Will you apply to more jobs because it's faster? Probably. The difference is that every one of them is a real application to a role you actually chose - not noise you'll never account for.
We're not automating the decision. We're removing the busywork around it.
Launching soon.
